Gregory J. Hendel - President and Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Hendel is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of American Home Partners, Inc. He is also Chairman of the Company's wholly-owned mortgage lending subsidiary, Home Partners Credit Corp. Mr. Hendel began his career more than 10 years ago as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing, was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1998 and became President and CEO in 2001. Mr. Hendel joined the Company in September of 1996 after a successful 15-year career in the financial services industry.

Salvatore A. Bucci - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bucci is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Home Partners, Inc. and President of the Company's wholly owned mortgage lending subsidiary, Home Partners Credit Corp. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the Company, including the Planning & Analysis, Portfolio Management, Asset Recovery, Licensing & Compliance, Loan Processing and Underwriting functions. Mr. Bucci, who rejoined the Company in January 2008, previously served the Company in similar capacities from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Bucci, a Certified Public Accountant, brings over 30 years of experience serving public and private companies across a broad range of financial and operational disciplines, including mergers and acquisitions, capital financings, business integrations, SEC reporting and investor relations.

Vincent J. Masciana - Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Masciana is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Home Partners, Inc. and a Senior Vice President of the Company's wholly-owned mortgage lending subsidiary, Home Partners Credit Corp. He is responsible for the management of the Marketing, Sales, Operations, Construction Management, Training, Human Resources, and Information Technology functions. Mr. Masciana began his career with the Company in June 1997 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He came to American Home Partners with more than 21 years of diversified financial services and banking experience.

Roger J. Krystopa - Vice President and Treasurer

Mr. Krystopa is Vice President and Treasurer of American Home Partners, Inc. and Vice President and Treasurer of the Company's wholly-owned mortgage lending subsidiary, Home Partners Credit Corp. He is directly responsible for the management of the Treasury, Auditing, Accounting, Tax and Purchasing functions and he is also the Chief Accounting Officer for the Company. Mr. Krystopa joined the Company in December 1996 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in July 1997. Mr. Krystopa has over 30 years of financial management experience in the real estate and financial services industries, including acquisitions and capital procurement.
